SHAOLIN SANDA KUNG FU WING CHUN TAI CHI QIGONG
Since the 1990s International Kim-Loong Wushu Centre (IKLWC) has been providing quality Martial Arts training and Chinese Medicine treatment. Over the years we have assisted 1000s of students and patients, through the integration of the science of Chinese Medicine into the classical knowledge of the Kung Fu Teachings. Dr/Shifu Jeff Lan as Head Coach of the International Kim Loong Wushu Centre (IKLWC), and as an international instructor, has been requested and authorised by the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA) and the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF) Dr/Shifu Jeff Lan is an international qualified 6th Duan Instructor by IHQF and a 9th Duan by the World Organisation of Wushu/Kung Fu Masters joined with a team of internationally, qualified instructors.

Weekly Training Sessions
SHAOLIN KUNG FU
Characteristics are short and long-range applications, grappling, trapping, locking, acupoint techniques and weapons. Synonymous with animal routines and Shaolin monks.
SANDA KUNG FU
Sanda Kung Fu Free fighting is a free or loose movement. Sanda uses legs like whips (snap kicks) also utilizing throws and trapping. Simple applications for Self Defence.
WING CHUN KUNG FU
Synonymous for narrow stances, low kicks, short “earthbound” stepping, very close defensive and attack action allowing “skin touch” contact, joint manipulation and trapping action.
TAI CHI KUNG FU
The movement emphasizes expansion, contraction of organs, muscle, sinew, ligaments, tendons to facilitate massage, strength, flexibility, circulation, muscle realignment, allowing for balanced movement.
DAOIST QIGONG KUNG FU
Daoist Qigong is specific for health ailments. We offer intensive seminars for both the general public and as continuing martial and medical Qigong health and wellness training with Dr. Jeff Lan.
HEALTH QIGONG KUNG FU
Health Qigong is the easier routines found within the Qigong overview. Defines the art of whole body systematic healing and defense. The latest “go-to” for DIY training, 100% Eco-Friendly.
