Face to Face & Online Lessons

Since the 1990s International Kim-Loong Wushu Centre (IKLWC) has been providing quality Martial Arts training and Chinese Medicine treatment. Over the years we have assisted 1000s of students and patients, through the integration of the science of Chinese Medicine into the classical knowledge of the Kung Fu Teachings. At IKLWC we offer a variety of styles such as: Shaolin, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Qigong, Sanda.

Dr/Shifu Jeff Lan as Head Coach of the International Kim Loong Wushu Centre (IKLWC), and as an international instructor, has been requested and authorised by the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA) and the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF) Dr/Shifu Jeff Lan is an international qualified 6th Duan Instructor by IHQF and a 9th Duan by the World Organisation of Wushu/Kung Fu Masters joined with a team of internationally, qualified instructors.

Newbie Training

Train for health, fitness, and wellness. As well as the opportunity to train as an instructor in the field of interest. 

Online Lessons

Online lessons for global instruction. Our online information has video tutorials, webinars, and supported media files where needed. View our membership levels; from Free (General), Silver (basic & elementary), Gold (intermediate), and Platinum (advanced) options.

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Programs for instructors and aspiring instructors to obtain International merit. IKLWCentreis a representative for officiating standards and credentials.

Martial ARTS Therapy

Current practitioners within the natural healing field can enhance their practice. Chinese Therapy in Martial Arts Courses has been designed to benefit all regardless of background.

TAI CHI

Both Tai Chi and Qigong is known as preventative therapy exercise. Although tai chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness

DAOIST QIGONG

The Classics of self-care and longevity; awaken dormant human health and healing potential. A very active and powerful choice, that is required to gain or maintain an optimal level of overall health and longevity.

WING CHUN

Does not rely on brute strength. Narrow stances, low kicks, short “earthbound” stepping, very close defensive and attack action allowing “skin touch” contact, joint manipulation and trapping action.

SANDA KUNG FU

Excellent for self-defense with main focus on “get in and get out” applications. Sanda kung fu is Chinese kickboxing is logical, strategic, and provides options for dealing with adversaries at various ranges.

HEALTH QIGONG

Qigong’s gentle movements help to move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing. Connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements.

Ancient Knowledge Systems are methods of training and healing which assist us to return to health and to stay healthy. This is an excellent reference library of information. Videos, mp3’s and webinars.

Online Instructor Course

The instructor’s program is a way of passing the knowledge within the standards and criteria that guarantee quality and effectiveness. International accreditation issued as required.
