  • Qigong & Taiji Exercise- Chinese Martial Arts has a major idea; it’s the preservation of health.   • Nutritional 5 Element / Body Feng Shui Consultation – Diagnosis of lifestyle and eating done according to histology and symptomatic issues relating to your health.
  • Acupuncture – is an ancient Chinese practice of inserting needles in specific points on the body to manipulate the flow of energy or Qi. Acupuncture needles are flexible, won’t break and disposable (sterile blister pack sealed).
  • Gua Sha – Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising; releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.
  • Moxibustion – is heat therapy in which a dried herb called “moxa” is burned near the surface of the skin to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body and dispel certain pathogenic influences.
  • Cupping – a therapy in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure).
  • Tui Na – Chinese therapeutic massage is a non- invasive ‘medical’ massage. It is renowned not only for its effectiveness in the treatment of musco-skeletal disorders such as arthritis & sciatica as well as internal problems such as headaches, circulatory problems, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, stress & much more.
  • Chinese Herbs & Tea  – Prescribed along a condition or ailment if and when needed. Only be used when prescribed by a licensed practitioner to avoid complications and misdiagnosis.
